To access this report, navigate to the Reports Module, then to the Patient/Client sub-tab. Select Eligibility Response from the list of reports on the screen. See reference below:
Use this report to view data such as Policy Status, Policy Number, and Exceptions Codes. This report is exportable to, and workable in, Excel. View an example of this screen below:

Continuous Medicaid Coverage Unwinding Operational Plan
To prepare for the end of continuous Medicaid coverage, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has pursued a set of strategies to manage the higher-than-normal caseload during the unwinding period and the return of normal operations once HHSC redetermines eligibility for all clients on Medicaid after March 31, 2023.
Updated LTC Online Portal User Guides for HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs Now Available
The Long-Term Care (LTC) Online Portal User Guides for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Waiver Programs have been updated. All guides in the Learning Management System (LMS) learning path have been updated to reflect the new enhancements to the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) LTC Online Portal. Refer to the article titled “Overview of Upcoming LTC Online Portal Enhancements for HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs” for a list of the enhancements.
