MillinPro has three reports to help you manage your clients' service authorization information without logging into TMHP. To access these reports, first navigate to the Reports Tab, then to the Management Reports Sub-tab. From here, scroll to the bottom of the screen and find the section titled "Texas." Here, you will find the following reports:
Service Authorization Reconciliation
The Service Authorization Reconciliation Report, (above), tells you which of your claims will reject for authorization-related issues. Run the report then scroll all the way to the right to view the "Issue" column, which specifies what the authorization issue is, such as "SA Expired," "Units Exceeded," and "No SA Exists."
Service Authorization Utilization
The Service Authorization Utilization Report, (above), tells you how many units your clients have available for billing. It also tells you which of your clients need more units before their claims can be submitted.
Client Levels
The Client Levels Report, (above), tells you what each of your clients' most recent levels are based on data from TMHP. Use this report to view both Level Type, and Level Value.
With these three reports, you can ensure that the claims you submit to TMHP are complete with the most recent service authorization information. Incorporating these safety net features into your workflow will prevent rejections and ensure you agency collects maximum revenue.
