MillinPro Solutions: Tips from the Team!

Review Invoice Statuses for Batched Claims

MillinPro users can view a snapshot of non-adjudicated claims, and their statuses, after they have been batched.

From the Dashboard, click on the "Batched Claim Status" sub-tab, (circled above). The screen will already be populated with all claims that have been batched. Click on any of the buttons, (highlighted below), to narrow down the list by outstanding number of days since batching.

If the list has more than 250 claims, export it to an Excel format to view all of them and their statuses.

HHSC Provides Certain Medicaid Recipients Additional Time to Complete Renewal Packets

AUSTIN – The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is providing certain Medicaid recipients an additional 30 days to complete their renewal packets. As part of the unwinding of continuous Medicaid coverage, the federal government is requiring HHSC to redetermine Medicaid eligibility for approximately 6 million Texans over a 12-month period.
